Minimum Eligibility Conditions for Admission to U.G./ LL.B. (Three Year Course)/ P.G. Courses

For B.A.-I / B.Sc.-I (Maths) / B.Sc. – I (Bio.) / B.Com. I Year/ B.B.A. (I.B.)

  • Candidates seeking admission to B.A.-I / B.Sc.-I (Maths) / B.Sc. – I (Bio.) / B.Com. I Year Must have obtained at least 40% marks in the Intermediate or equivalent examination recognised by University of Lucknow. Relaxation of 5% marks will be given to S.C./S.T. Applicants.
  • Candidate seeking admission for B.B.A. (I.B.) -I must have obtained at least 50% marks in the Intermediate or equivalent examination by any Board recognised by University of Lucknow. Relaxation of 5% marks will be given to S.C./S.T. Applicants.
  • Art side applicants, who want to seek admission in B.Com.-I Year should have passed Intermediate Examination with Commerce, as one of the subject.
  • Science side applicants who want to take admission in B.Com.-I Year should have passed Intermediate Examination with Maths, as one of the subject.
  • Applicants who have passed their Intermediate Examination with Agriculture Science or Biology as one of the subject, are not eligible for seeking admission in B.Com.-I Year.

For LL.B. (Three Years Course)

  • A candidate will be eligible for admission to LL.B. – I Semester, if He/She has completed graduation with 10+2+3 system from any University recognised by University Grants Commission and has secured of 45% marks at graduation level.
  • Relaxation of 5% marks will be given to S.C./S.T. Applicants.
  • Relaxation of 3% marks will be given to OBC Applicants.

For M.A. (Sociology) – I Semester

  • A candidate will be eligible for admission to M.A. (Sociology) – I Semester, If He/She has completed graduation with 10+2+3 system from any University recognised by University Grants Commission and has secured of 45% marks at graduation level.
  • Relaxation of 5% marks will be given to S.C./S.T. applicants.
  • Applicant should have passed B.A. I, II & III Year Examination with Sociology, as one of the subject.
  • The applicants who have not studied Sociology, as one of the subject at Graduation Level, should have passed Graduation with 55% marks, however a relaxation of 5 marks will be given to S.C. / S.T. applicants.
  • There should not be more than 5 years gap after Graduation.

For M.A. (Urdu) – I Semester

  • A candidate will be eligible for admission to M.A. (Urdu) – I Semester, If He/She has completed graduation with 10+2+3 system from any University recognised by University Grants Commission and has secured of 45% marks at graduation level.
  • Relaxation of 5% marks will be given to S.C./S.T. applicants.
  • Applicant should have passed B.A. I, II & III Year Examination by taking Urdu, as one of the subject.
  • There should not be more than 5 years gap after Graduation.

For M.Sc. (Zoology) – I Semester

  • A candidate will be eligible for admission to M.Sc. (Zoology) – I Semester, if she / he has completed B.Sc. from any University recognised by University Grants Commission and has Secured a minimum of 45% marks at graduate Level.
  • Relaxation of 5% marks will be given to S.C./S.T. applicants.
  • Applicant should have passed B.Sc. III Year Examination by taking Zoology, as one of the subject.
  • There should not be more than 5 years gap after Graduation.

For M.Com. (Applied Economics) – I Semester

  • A candidate will be eligible for admission to M.Com. (Applied Economics)- I Semester, if she / he has completed B.Com.,with 10+2+3 system from any University recognised by University Grants Commission and has secured a minimum of 45% marks at graduate level.
  • Relaxation of 5% marks will be given to S.C./S.T. applicants.
  • The applicants who have passed B.A. or B.Sc. with Statistics or Commerce or Maths subject with atleast 45% marks are also eligible to apply.
  • There should not be more than 5 years gap after Graduation.

For M.Com. (Pure Commerce) – I Semester

  • A candidate will be eligible for admission to M.Com. (Pure Commerce)- I Semester, if she / he has completed B.Com. with 10+2+3 system from any University recognised by University Grants Commission and has secured a minimum of 45% marks at graduate level.
  • Relaxation of 5% marks will be given to S.C./S.T. applicants.
  • There should not be more than 5 years gap after Graduation.

For M.A. (Journalism & Mass Communication) – I Semester

  • A candidate will be eligible for admission to M.A. (Journalism & Mass Communication) – I Semester, if she / he has completed graduation with 10+2+3 system from any University recognised by University Grants Commission and has secured a minimum of 45% marks at graduate level.
  • Relaxation of 5% marks will be given to S.C./S.T. Applicants.
  • There should not be more than 5 years gap after Graduation.

Documents

  • Photo in JPEG format (Maximum upload size is 01 MB only)
  • Scanned Signature in JPEG format (Maximum upload size is 01 MB only)
  • Mark sheets of High School (10th ) and Intermediate (10+2) Examinations
  • Graduation Mark sheets (for Post Graduate & LL.B. Courses Only)
  • Scanned Copy of all the Mark Sheets should be uploaded (Maximum upload size is 01 MB only)

Note: It is the sole responsibility of the student to go through the prospectus and check his/ her eligibility at the time of application. We are not verifying the eligibility at the time of the admission form submission. The eligibility will be verified by the submission of the admission form at the time of counselling.

PART-1 REGISTRATION (Apply Online)

Form fees can be paid through debit card, credit card, net banking or UPI.
After the application fee is PAID, you will receive the Payment Order Id.

PART-2 REGISTRATION (Admission Form)

After submitting the fee of Prospectus/application form, you can click on the given url https://www.shiapgcollege.ac.in/admission-form/

To complete Part-2 registration you must first enter Payment Order Id..
You will have to fill in your correctPayment Order Id to do Part-2 registration.
It is advisable to use only Google Chrome browser to fill the application.

Under any circumstance, fee once paid will not be refunded. The College Administration reserves the right to settle / reject dispute(s), if any

Step 2. Correspondence Details

  • The applicants has to enter his/her address details

Step 3. Qualification Details

  • The applicant has to fill his/her qualification details Candidate should not use mr/mrs/shri/smt

Step 4. Upload Documents

  • The applicant should upload his/her scanned documents (Photograph , Signature & Mark sheets)

Step 5. Bank Information

  • The applicant has to enter this/her Bank information (Not Mandatory)

Step 6. Fee Details

  • Applicant should confirm all the fee details are accurate which he/she entered in the bank

Final

  • Applicants can print their complete application form
  • Applicants have to retain a printout of their application form which will be needed later on.

Important Information

  • If any candidate gets admission on the basis of false information/improper means or on the basis of false mark-sheet his/her admission will be treated cancelled from the beginning and legal action will be taken against him/her under IPC.
  • College reserves the right to cancel any admission at any stage.
  • During counselling, subjects are allotted on the basis of rank of candidates who have reported for counselling within the stipulated time and availability at that moment. No change of subject would be allowed later. Candidates reporting late will have no claim if seats of higher choice are filled up. They would be offered choices of subjects available at that point of time.
